Baron Kyle ApFittle was the ruler of Forfar at the time Tristen ApBlanc arrive a second time under a false guise, this time of Marc ApBlanc. Showing great hesistance, Baron ApFittle let Marc claim the Lord's Tower as he was seeming due thanks to family connections.[1]
