A Mist Creature said to have the ability to manipulate memory with the fog he conjured. He would use it to take away the memory of how to get to his tower for those whom visited.[1] The Quivering Watchman may bestow a weapon of great power to such visitors seeking the power to wreak vengeance upon their transgressors.[2]
