Eritai was the old nurse and servant of Olessa. Count Delaric threatened her with torture unless Olessa acquiesced to a marriage to Azal'Lan Firan Zal'honan. Olessa gave in. Azal'Lan restored some of Eritai's youth using magic in order to make Olessa love him more, but that didn't work.[1] 
Considering how long ago she lived, Eritai is probably deceased.
