Golo's Draperies is a curtain store in Widow's Peak, though a new customer hasn't appeared in two decades. Golo Gasterblast, the store's owner, opens it for some time every day, but a majority of the time a "closed" sign is hung above the door and the window is covered with {unusually luxurious) curtains. The Cult of the Old Gods, which Golo leads, will sometimes congregate in the basement at night.[1]
