Professor Dascampen was a professor of the University of Il Aluk who was thrown out because of the taboo nature of his research. Zardorus approached him for training. Dascampen took Zardorus on as an apprentice for a time before ultimately betraying him. Dascampen incapacitated Zardorus and tied him down for an experiment. Fortunately, a mob of priests intervened, killed the professor, and freed Zardorus.[1]
