The husband of Baroness Eileen ApBlanc, the father of Flora ApBlanc and the grandfather . Flora was killed by a mob in206 BC (1593 Forfarian Calendar) , leaving Baron Keegan and Baroness with an heir when they died in 250 BC (1637 Forfarian Calendar).
