She originally laired in the Catacombs of Kartakass, but was slain there by adventurers[1] and rose as a wight, becoming darklord of Daglan until she was destroyed again by the same adventurers.

One of Radaga's lasting legacies was the creation of the pyroskeleton.[2] Radaga is also thought to have created the goblyn fog.[3]
