As a Dread Possibility, The Black Grove is a group of Dread Treants created by Azenwrath before he was destroyed by Kyall. They reside in Forlorn and try to putrefy the forests and keep the existing blights going. The current Black Hierophant, the leader of the Black Grove, is Ruinnoake, a spawn of Azenwrath.[1]
