The Dnar River has its headwaters in the Mountains of Misery. It rushes down out of the Forgotten Hills and merges with the Vaughn Dnar a little east of [Kantora], becoming the South Dnar River. The south Dnar River drains into the Nocturnal Sea just north of Egertus at Guldstrand Beach via the Katsmund Canyon. It is navigable, with difficulty owing to the swiftness of its current, by small ships between Kantora and the sea, with cargos being transferred to and from larger vessels at the beach.
