Comte Tomas d’Aloure (born 712 BC) is a once popular and well-loved Demenlieuse nobleman who resides in Port-a-Lucine. However, Dominic D'Honaire has been doing his best to engineer the destruction of everything precious in Tomas' life, and ultimately, Tomas' life itself. Sara d'Aloure has already been one life claimed by D'Honaire's schemes. D'Honaire began this crusade against Tomas because of a failed attempted to turn Tomas into an Obedient. Comte was spared because of a magical signet ring he carries. Tomas knows somebody is behind the madness of the situation, but he does not know D'Honaire is the culprit.[1]
Although he is shaken and his mind had began to fall apart, Tomas has become determined to figure out who is behind his torment. He is highly likely to enlist the help of the player characters if they are at all reputed to be trustworthy and good at heart.[2]

- 653 BC False History: The d'Aloure noble family is well connected and powerful, but as time goes on, its fortunes begin to wane. Tomas will do much to restore its prestige many decades later.[4]
