History
The prophecy was first spoken to Victor Gagné by what may have been an avatar of the mercurial goddess Brightwell. However, it turned out that the prophecy is also known to Simon Keysmith, first follower of the Divinity in All, who passed it on to Paloma. As such, its true source remains unknown.
Meaning
Currently, the full meaning of the Prophecy is unknown. Its message may be taken to be inspirational, exhorting those who hear it to create the 'meaning that remains', but it might just as easily be a dire warning that oblivion is nigh.
