Shaithis Vosrovna was the burgomaster of Teufeldorf. In 753 BC, she manipulated naive adventurers into slaying a local Vistana, at once abusing her authority and violating the law of the land. Count Strahd von Zarovich personally oversaw her execution, which, if precedent holds, would be by decapitation.[1]
