Cassimar was a vampire involved in the vampire attacks that transformed Merrydale into Daggerdale. He captured, murdered, and reanimated Gideon of Water. Upon the suggestion of Gideon, Cassimar also transformed Jander Sunstar. Jander languished as Cassimar's slave for 10 decades before Jander finally killed his former master.[1]
