Michael Carcaros is believed by the population of Annaes to be the immortal man from the stars that fell to their city and has promised to return them to the heavens. In reality he is a facade create by the The Black Dragon, to control the popuation, and is not immortal, only a series of people that have been dominated by the The Black Dragon and replaced when needed.[1]
