The Pathfinders are is an organization aiming for the historical knowledge, lore, and magical treasure of all the world itself. A lodge acts as a Pathfinder Society headquarters for a Large City, and a Venture Lieutenant acts as its caretaker, both figuratively and literally. Each of the Venture Lieutenants reports back to a Venture Captain.<ref>QtR22 p.126<ref> The only known Venture Captain in the Demplane of Dread is Venture Captain James Weyland, whom resides in [[Utalav].<ref>QtR22 p.239-240<ref>
