Farelle is an Island of Terror. It is wild, covered by forests filled with dangerous beasts. Jack Karn, a jackalwere called the wandering tinker, rules the domain. Surrounded by rural farmland,Kaynis in the west and Mortilis in the east are the only communities of note in Farelle.[2]
Most Farellans are simple peasants. Each family typically sires an unusually high number of children: a dozen or more children, in part to make up for the precariously high child mortality rate in the domain.[2]
Besides a climate that seems to embrace seasonal extremes in temperature, the chief dangers of Farelle are animalistic predators, both natural (jackals, wild dogs, and the like) and unnatural (lycanthropes and jackalweres).[2]
The domain was dropped after the Grand Conjunction[3].
