Cassimar was a vampire involved in the vampire attacks that transformed Merrydale into Daggerdale. He captured, murdered, and reanimated [[Gideon of Waterdee[]]. Upon the suggestion of Gideon, Cassimar also transformed Jander Sunstar. Jander languished as Cassimar's slave for 10 decades before Jander finally killed his former master.[1]
