Sparking Vortex

The Sparking Vortex is the only widely-known mistway out of Bluetspur. (Its terminus is unrecorded.) Unfortunately, it does not open in any pattern discernable to mortal minds. When it does manifest, it appears as a swirling purple lightning storm somewhere along the border or within caverns beneath the surface.
