Sieur Pierre Valier was a guest at a masquerade ball held by Jaques Dufaux. When a figure wearing Blacker's automatic head showed up, Valier fled immediately. Given the screams Valier heard from the manor as he gave flight, Dufaux and his guests may very well be deceased.[1]
