Starving Vampire in Saragoss

An unnamed vampire nearly incapacitated from lack of blood sits in one of the ships in Saragoss. Supposedly the vampire is a refugee from some even more horrible [[[evil]]. Draga Saltbiter has convinced the vampire to serve him.
