Wilhelm Pellman
Wilhelm Pellman was the youngest child of a wealthy landowner. After witnessing a traumatic scene, he was accidentally killed in a tragic accident, and returned as a first magnitude ghost.
Background
Young Wilhelm was a gentle, affable boy that was a joy to his family and made friends easily. This created tension and jealousy in his older brother, Kole. Kole was also the town bully, knocking around smaller and weaker children as he pleased.
On the day of his death, Wilhelm witnessed an enraged Kole beating Mark, Wilhelm's best friend, to death. Frightened, Wilhelm ran off only be be struck in the head by an out-of-control vegetable cart. This left him blind, and he died soon after.
Wanting justice for his friend, Wilhelm returned as a ghost. Unfortunately for Wilhelm's shade, his injuries carried over in death and he was blind and struck dumb. With the help of adventurers, however, he was able to finger Kole for Mark's murder, resulting in his disinheritance from the Pellman fortune. His spirit has not been seen since, and it can be assumed he is peacefully at rest.
