The Bard's Guild in Martira Bay caters to the bards of that city and boasts a musical library open to the public for 1 cp. The organisation, however, fronts the city's thieves' guild. One in six of its bards is actually a skilled thief. The guild is led by Slenem Delurian who is at heart honourable but is of doubtful competence as his organisation is thoroughly inflitrated by Kargat and Kargatane agents.^[1]
