MCS' depiction of Borca. Thull's Observatory was taken from Horror's Harvest (Dungeon #38). While this adventure plays in Falkovnia, the observatory of the wizard Thull seems to be located in what was previously Dorvinia. Thillich was taken from an adventure submitted to the Ravenloft mailinglist, and is about as non-canon as you will be able to find ont his site. Still, I like any suggestion for small villages to flesh out the domains, so I included it here. Note that I put Vor Ziyden north of the river (following Realm of Terror), instead of south as depicted in Domains of Dread.
