One of the cursed magic items created by Klorr. When used, it affects the user with an improved veersion of a haste spell for an hour. However, it also ages the target one year and may age the user up to 10 hours and also throw in a magical backlash that slows the user for the following 24 hours.
Klorr crafted this with a number of other craftsman, including Vard.
