An inn famous throughout the Core, Located in Kartakass in the city of Skald. Its proprietor is Harkon Lukas. He lairs there. The establishment is managed by Haldrake Moonbaum, a greater wolfwere and one of Lukas' chief lieutenants.
It is a rank 2 sinkhole of evil.[1]
