OMG, that's a scary pic of Old Abe!

The dice have taken another life. As Bargle once said-

''We all take our chances, here in the dungeon.''
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

I've created a little 'graveyard' for fallen PCs.

Halls of the Fallen.

Got the idea from Raf, as he made suh a thing for the dead PCs of Staunton Bluffs.

She's leaving the scene with IH dead, then?

I wanted to hold any interaction [by Threan, Alain, etc] with the NPCs there, to give you a fair chance to do stuff.

Right.

Kintire has stated actions. I will hold the scene at the Fane a bit longer, to give BBQD a chance to post.

She's leaving the scene with IH dead, then?
Yes. Given her situation, the only way she could do anything would be to PK the leader and flee at once. Anything else is certain capture.

And while IH was a comrade, his behaviour has been such that she is not prepared to kill someone without a much better idea of what happened!

She's memorised some faces, overheard a few names, and she plans to pick up more details of the circumstances and then decide what to do.

:D :P Thanks! I will return, though not right now - as some of you might already know, I am movign to Spain for the greater part of next year, and in a week from now, I'm flying over there to prepare some stuff.

- Since my place there has no internet yet, I'd had to drop out until Christmas anyway. So, better to go out with a *chop* than to slowly fade away...

In any case, we got to give Ewan some respect! It's great and gritty game, and I hope it lives at least as long as SB & RLO did!!! :D

...

And Shana could at least have avenged me a little!!!

There's still time!

In most sagas, the hero's death is followed by a vengeance crusade lasting 20 years minimum...

It's all gritty, all the time, with this guy.
I eat, sleep, and excrete grit.

I hope that everyone is still having a good time.
I would like to say that all of you have handled intra-party conflicts well, and not allowed stuff between PCs to bleed over into annoying conflicts between players. Also, thank you to everyone who voted for changes in the party roster, for being patient and allowing the story to develop naturally, without forcing the issue. Rest assured, the original party will not be forced to stick together by some arbitrary silliness.

Ken of Ghastria wrote:After they're done with their meal, Blaise places some bread and other easy-portable foodstuffs in his pocket. "Shana may be hungry," he says softly to Ino. "Mmmm, this coffee is delicious... it's too bad there's no easy way to carry it out of here and keep it warm. You know, that's a spell you should try to develop! You could make a good deal of money that way. Speaking of which...."

He leaves payment with the serving maid, then says to Ino, "Ready? We need to get moving again."
We'll wait to see if Van will have Ino go along to the docks now, or do something else first. Ino has expressed some concern for the fate of the rest of the party- concerns that Blaise evidently does not feel. As the DM, I am not altogether sure if Van would want Ino to flee straightaway, or try to at least find out what happened to her comrades.

[Mind you, that's not a DM condemnation of Blaise- I'm neutral in such affairs. It's just me recognizing the difference between Blaise's 'small party' and Ino's 'all-inclusive/big party.'].

You are absolutely right Ewan. Ino wants the party altogether, guess she is the only one that likes the gnomes! She wants to help the others but don't know if she will do it now or later. She is realistic knows that she isn't the best condition to help now, so most probably will follow the others to a safe place but she will return for sure and check the others will spells the next day. Anyway I'll post in a while in IC.

Sure.

I'll be home for a couple of hours, writing more papers for school- and checking the borads in between pgaes!
