I edited your post for spelling only, and quote/pasted it, Tarlyn.

Ha! Much appreciated. :) Yes, Blaise's origin is a rather chaotic one, and his general attitude is to attempt to be amicable with everyone, until they wrong him or his friends, and then all bets are off. Let's just say that he'll want to know who's behind the betrayal -- excuse me, this most recent betrayal -- before he makes any firm decisions.

Breana runs her unbooted toe up and down Ildool's leg before continuing. "I can make that happen," she says in a husky voice.
''As for Nell let us say she died of a bad heart, hmmm? HAHAHAAHH!"

It's just a tight spot to be in as the DM! I like to think that I've handled it well.

Hey, just imagine how that would have gone with Rardi in her original, dwarfish body!

Or...gawd...her 'umber-dwulk' body.

Once there, Blaise looks to hire someone who can quickly ferry him and Inovidil to the mainland.

I am confused.
So, Blaise is not looking for a ship bound away from Cormyr? Or is he trying to go to another Cormyrean city? A port city outside Cormyrean jurisdiction? Is he even leaving Marsember? Much of the city is on the mainland, after all. It's built on a [partially drained] marsh at the mouth of a river, and on small islands in the bay/river mouth.

The way I understood it, the place where Ino teleported us is an island, separated from Marsember proper. So to get back to that area and meet up with Shana, Blaise would need a boat. At THAT point, he, Shana, and Ino could discuss next steps: rescue, leave, party, etc.

If I've gotten the geography completely screwed up, my apologies.

Ah, no, it's a little island, inside the city. There are foot bridges. You can walk to the docks.

Sorry for any confusion.

There are bridges but I think by boat we will go there faster.

Once we will meet with Shana we will decide what to do. For sure we cannot spend the rest of the day on Marsember, Ino will propose to leave, go rest somewhere else and then when she gets her SP back we can decide what to do with the others. Ino will indeed want to go back and help them if are in trouble and would prefer have the group all gathered again.

No problem. I'll edit my last post. If we can avoid hiring anyone and move about in crowds, Blaise would find that preferable to getting stuck in a boat out in the open.

That makes perfect sense to me.

Alright, I will be gone from about 5:10 - 8:00 PM [eastern]. When I get home, I'm posting updates. Consider that an all points bulletin and heads-up, guys.
