Um does Arnulf get a +2 extra initiative for his size? If so it is 12.... I have him at 5 on his sheet.

No his size does not help him on his init modifier just what is on his character sheet . Based on dex modifier only in this case . Since size already figures in to scores and only gets a bonus to dex when your much smaller than you are now if I remember right .
