Right, I somehow managed to block that one out. hopefully the phpbb3 version of the skin doesn't have that issue.

Right, regarding the font, I'm using the Clanz skin. . . it'd be awesome to have Korinna as an available font, would make the place more "Ravenlofty" IMO but not crucial . . . just an idea.
Gonz, awesome job on the new forum door-- its the entrance to the Maison . . . (Strahd's rampaging zombie hordes were simply no match for the SS)

Hmm... I compared the ClanzDarkness font on the old and new board, and I don't see much difference. The new one is a little more "scrunched" together. Is that what you're referring to?

Another issue that is extremely annoying is that when you log in there's no option to "return to the post you were previously viewing." There's only the option to return to the board index. Sometimes when I visit, I like to read things first and see if there's something I want to comment on before I log in. Its kind of a pain in the neck when I want to comment on a specific post to have to log in, and then brave the wilds of the board index to find it again. The old layout had an option to select "post reply" to a topic and once you logged in, it would redirect you back to the same page. Is there any way to do this on the new board? Thanks Gonz and the rest of the guys, you're doing a good job dealing with all our requests.

Good changes and all, but I kinda would like a bit more color in the background. If not the old one, can we make the place a bit more... welcoming? You know, it's hard to convince my victims to come here after all.

Which skin are you using now and which skin were you using before? Some are more colorful than others. If you find a phpbb3 skin out there somewhere that you think would be a good one, let me know and I can add it. Too much color threatens to clash with our emo/goth depressing vibe, though. Wouldn't want to upset Dru, Socko, et al...

Wish granted! (sorta). Installed the "Prime Login Return" mod (as well as "Prime Logout Return" in case anyone cares). This now works when clicking "login." It does not work when clicking "new thread" or "post reply". Have contacted the mod creator to find out why and if it can be fixed. But hopefully this will meet your needs for the time being.

As of like a minute ago, yes.

Just for you... (and anyone else who preferred the old style)... go to user control panel->board preferences and choose "ClanzDarkness_oldstyle".

Forgot to mention... 1st, thanks. 2nd, yes, but obviously, it's only a decoy for the real entrance to the Maison. Suitably trapped and filled with guardian monsters, of course. We wouldn't be so foolish as to put our own mark on our own door. We are a secret society, after all.

Not at all. My job is to make the site work for everyone. Upgrading isn't really upgrading if it takes away functions that people want.
