It is good to be a Warmage, but since you guys are leaving Alain dead to the world and tied up your not getting any use of his spells lol .

Edited last post. I will wait for the players to get a chance to respond before doing anything else.
History prefers legends to men. It prefers nobility to brutality, soaring speeches to quiet deeds. History remembers the battle and forgets the blood. What ever history remembers of me if it remembers me at all, it shall only be the fraction of the truth.

That's good gaming ettiquette, RocEtr!
Ail got to post, which is good. Now let's give Rock, Adam, and Brock a chance to post. JMaytr should feel free to respond to Eustace's question, of course. Roleplay away guys- but anything serious action stuff like combat, spellcasting, running away from the area, etc won't take effect until I update. I want to give the other guys a shot at catching up. We don't all keep the same schedule.

Note to players-
Every PC who took the medicine feels better, and got to feeling bttter quickly, at that. No more hallucinations. No mental effects. No more sickened condition. It's been like this for a while, but I'm reminding you all of it here and now, because your PCs' conditions may effect decision making.

Re: The Devil's Dreams OOC
Please note that other PCs, namely Benn and Dorgio, haven't reacted only because their players haven't been online all night- unlike some of us insomniacs
. They should have time to react to all that has happened before Everline actually leaves the cavern in pursuit of Gauderic.
Rock, you might edit it to read ''and so Everline turns to leave the cavern in pursuit of Gauderic...."

Thanks.
After the stream of posts and PMs in which people were jumping all over each other (nobody's fault- just the nature of a PvP ruckus in this format) I want to slow the pacing for a bit. That should give all my players get a chance to roleplay their PCs' reactions to the recent crazyness. That, and just catch up reading the thread. I'm trying hard to be fair, and to keep continuity.

Not entirely sure why Ewan even bothers sending monsters at us. We can't get through a game without one of us turning crazy at the end and getting killed for it.
Is Alain dead or dying at this point?

"Of course," Benn mutters, "It would be a damned shame if we ever knew what the hell was actually going on."

Is Benn going over to check on Alain?

Re: The Devil's Dreams OOC
Ewan, just for consistency for Eustace, is the lore of Belenus' religion in Nidala common to that in Tepest? Do both religions know of each other's myths, like the Lode Paladin Alexi Shadowborn, or not?

Let's give everyone a chance to respond to Benn's questions/requests/suggestions.
I'll check the boards tonight/ later this afternoon.
If your action is likely to interrupt another PC, overrride him, or take a long time- hold it for now. Roleplay all you like. Time is passing slowly until the next update from me. No status changes, combat , etc will occur until I post otherwise.

Re: The Devil's Dreams OOC
Hmmmm....there are pretty significant differences between the Tepestani faith and the church in Nidala. A high roll on Knowledge religion might give you the info. Go ahead and roll.Ail wrote:Ewan, just for consistency for Eustace, is the lore of Belenus' religion in Nidala common to that in Tepest?
