Dalorna says-

''Just give me a moment to note these doors on my map."

She marks the doors on the sketch map in her booklet.

"Excellent! Does anyone know what those things were?"

[ewancummins]

"Excellent! Does anyone know what those things were?"

'' My first instructor in the Art had quite a collection of natural curiousities in his house. I recall seeing something very similar to those monsters, but much smaller, pickled in a bottle. Master Delthrin called it a 'grick."

[Roofdrak]

Isidar inclines her head toward Alia. "Many thanks, my samman. Be sure to include your bravery when you sing of our deeds." She brushes herself off and is ready to go wherever Dalorna and Sarah suggest. A thoughtful look passes over her face. "Dalorna, do you know if these gricks monsters have nests or live in large groups? Will there be more?"

[ewancummins]

''I don't know much about these monsters. "

[VAN]

Sara looks nervously around and says:

"Can we pick a door or a passage and proceed beforecmore come? If we pick a door I want to to check it for traps first."

[ewancummins]

''Why don't you check the closest door?"

[VAN]

Sara goes to the door next to them and starts checking it.

[ewancummins]

Dalorna fusses over Arnulf, making certain he isn't scratched.

[BigBadQDaddy]

"Is anyone hurt?" Huln asks in more of a utilitarian manner rather than a concerned one.

[Roofdrak]

"That grick-monster gave me a thrashing, but Alia has healed my wounds. I feel as good as if I had just woken from the sweet slumber of the gods instead of battling a horrid abomination. Unfortunately, I have used two of my blessings from mighty Gond. I may not be as useful if battle-magic is needed." Isidar swings her warhammer through the air. "Though I still have trusty arglar. Aberrations should tremble before our might!"

[VAN]

"This door seems to have no traps so I think we can try this way. But if you wany I can check the other door as well."

[VAN]

Sara is a bit surprised tha the door is unlocked. She turns to the others and says:

"This door is unlocked, meaning someone left or entered and didn't bother to lock it again, so or was in hurry or is a trap because if I have had a concealed door to my house that I didn't want others to find I would have had it locked all the time...Anyway, we proceed inside or I check the other door or the other passage?"

Alia bows deeply to Isidar

"it is a greater honour than I could ever deserve to be of some small service to so valiant and noble a warrior priest!

She then involuntarily nods approvingly at Isidar's ringing declaration, carefully memorising it for addition to the ballad!

She largely withdraws from the door discussion, considering what could rhyme with might, and how to fit the speech into the meter...

[Roofdrak]

"Hmmm an unlocked door. It was made to blend into the wall. Maybe the owner thought that would be enough." Isidar, emboldened by the ego-boost from Alia, declares, "We will never know what is behind the door if we do not open it. Lead on, fair scout!"
