Re: P N Elrod
So curious as to the main topic how's everyone feeling about sneaking by, or walking in and just paying the road tolls along the way?

Re: P N Elrod
Well, Fild's on foot. He doesn't have to pay tolls.
As a note, he feels somewhat uncomfortable in an "open" city. A wall around it would be better and a ... ceiling above the city even better.

Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

Re: P N Elrod
So Gertie votes no pay, Fid doesn't seem to care since he doesn't have to pay a toll for having no wagon/horse? Damien himself would refer to the others first on the account of not being the brightest of the bunch. Wise enough to consider other peoples opinions. xD
I think Damien will be willing to pay the tolls for his extended friends. Again I have about a spare 20gp from character creation sitting there so I guess Damien will offer up the tolls we come across for now. Any ideas of where we want to head first? Secure an Inn? Check for work?
What time of day is it?
Damien has heard there are Merchant Princes here..... <.< Princes have money right? And So to Merchants..... does that mean Merchant Princes are twice as rich? XD

Might not be a bad idea to test the waters of how alter the guards are in case it becomes relevant in the future...
Re: P N Elrod
*points at mule* Not sneaky.
Alfonse will pay.

Re: P N Elrod
Maybe if we put a cloak over him... *Mule now can't see where he's going.*
See? Sneaky as a cat.
I think Damien's first order of business would be to check for housing/rooms and hopefully someone there could give us a few leads or lay of the land.

Right, you guys work this out OOC. Maybe plan your initial IC activities. Feel free to post character descriptions and the like. Active play should behin fairly soon.

Did you mention why we're in this town?

Re: P N Elrod
That stuff is up to you guys. I did offer some suggestions and the others players have worked up a shared backstory involving the theft and fencing of some rare coins.Adam wrote:Did you mention why we're in this town?
The main thing is that whatever you are after should be a flexible enough matter that you are available for other employment.
If you run some ''seeds'' by me, I will try to work them into the game.
