Can Termelan just grab Filbert by the shirt and run? He's not leaving the Halfling behind. He has 13 str. He's willing, more than willing, to toss his own backpack if that would make it easier to escape with Filbert.
Yes.

He can do that. Will edit.

Minor edits posted.

I am assuming that SAFANA will continue to use the flaming sphere as an attack or area denial defense, and withdraw as she's able.
Kintire will correct me if this is a mistake.

At this point, unless players prefer otherwise, full party is tight ether with lots of NPCs nearby.

Anyone who knows a given PC can freely recognize him of her now. No rolls needed.

Another question: Does Termelan get a roll to realize who Orcus is? Bardic knowledge and all.

NOTE: Termelan sings to bolster morale. He tries to log in those 3 rounds before whatever that is to happen, happens.

Morale check militia

Base 9

[dice]0[/dice]

They WILL break and run unless the bard's song works and somebody provides some in the spot leadership, post haste.

What should I roll to see if the song succeeds to keep them? Charisma check? Or they roll a save?

Ah, terrible luck. He goes hoarse during the performance.

If he drinks some beer, wine, tea, he can try singing again.

But in the meantime, his audience is fleeing unless someone can rally them.

That helps, but she may need bolstering.

PM sent to Van

What I need to know before I can advance the scene:

Who will join Filbert as he attempts shadow travel to the top of Elf Hill?

Is FOERDE still casting that spell? Breaking off now will disrupt it.

What is Gunnar doing?

Roald?

Anybody trying to prevent militia flight, or is that not a concern now?

Other actions?
