Skybolt, you can use those earlier ones instead, if you like, as you designated them ahead of time.

I will recycle the recent rolls for NPCs.

Sound good?

First set

STR 9
DEX 14
CON 11
INT 5
WIS 9
CHR 10

Second set

STR 13
DEX 11
CON 14
INT 10
WIS 11
CHR 9

In both cases you may replace one score with an 11.

I see a "best in village DEX" in one and a "best in village" CON with a well above average STR in the other.

If they are dismissed, Fild would like a quick parting word with them.

OK, before the Pirate attack, Fild would have caught up with the two servants as they were leaving and give them 1sp for their trouble. (The equivalent of 1 PHB gp, right?)

If the guard have a sling, I'd be grateful.

They do.

Do they have a ... chain mail or scale for smaller types? Perhaps a confiscated one?
Long shot, I know. But they may be willing to share at the time. And I doubt they would get a small guard anyway.
