Spelljammer: ideas for ravenloft

I think it is ripe for a crossover, but I am unfamiliar with a lot of the lore, both old and new, I have seen some fan domains with Spelljammer. I have seen one topic here on it.
Let’s get some ideas out there, and thay don't all need to even be in space. I will start:

Perceval O’Bibottom presents himself as a Giff to look up to, a leader of giff, the vary model of a officer. this is a lie, he is a scheming coward, selfish ladder climber that caused his superiors to die and his company to be stranded in hostile jungle with savage elves that he made mortal enemies of. Now marooned from there Spelljammer crashing, thay struggle for survival in unfamiliar terrain. Percy is the only one that figured out they can not die since the crash (oh they feel pain but won’t die from wounds, disease, hunger, thirst) let me know if you want me to tell the back story.

Ronny was a normal human who traveled a-lot. He was rather dull and unimpressive but good at office work. Had a family he wishes he spent more time with, and dreams he wishes he fallowed. So it may be forgiven when the space clowns captured him he begged for his life he offered them other people to take. The clowns were interested so they agreed shaking hands (he only felt a little burn on his palm, never seeing the mark). He sold out others, and he soon realized the clowns where not done with him, he was there informant for conducting raids. He had to do this multiple times and he started to like it. He sent them after his competitors and rivals. The mists came as he met the clowns. He blacked out and awoke in a strange land, the colors to bright ( and why was that tree pink and smell like suger) the music to loud and people every ware. It seemed like a festival, a circus, a carnival, a jamboree, a maskgrade, and he was dressed as a fool, but the paint won’t come off. he was some kind of space clown now with the ability to turn others into his kind, but he has mostly the same personality which makes being a leader of clowns hard. The people of this land are vary fun loving, artistic, passionate and entertainment is big. They will take any excuse to throw a party or dress up.

Funny thing about this, I have an ambition for a setting crossover. While I have some presence here, I probably have far more with Wildspace Fanzine, a spelljammer fanzine from The Piazza. A few members here are already on board, but we've all been slowly pondering a "Mistspace" project that works as a crossover, a Cluster that imitates the logic of a Crystal Sphere. It may one day become a netbook between the Wildspace Team and here. Mind you, my ambitious concept doesn't use the reboot, only the prior campaign setting.
I've mused on a few ideas and Darklords, with the sphere's main port being the cluster's linchpin domain, with a wildspace-like domain that connects the other domains as well... and the deep mists being a fake phlogiston that gives a false hope of fleeing back to another prime world. Effectively, the most prominent domain would be a Rock of Bral analog, with other domains either being struggling "worlds", places negatively impacted by the port, or isolationist nightmares (such as a Minoi colony corrupted by a body horror ridden life quest.)

Occasionally I still kick at my Mistspace domain idea. It hasn't gone very far, but I'm still kicking.

Plasmoid or plasmid .. the goo people (sorry I’m dyslexic) one of them as a darklord.
My mind went to the thing, maybe they have a greater power to transform but now have a hungry for flesh.
Or they have grown into a big goo hive mind collective, but it is not as unified as they’re like and part of them is in active rebellion.

Or a Skro dark lord, (if I remember correctly are like opposite orks) maybe orks and skro are fighting, as the skro have become more peaceful the orks have become more savage.

Scro are a very intelligent and militaristic orc, blessed by their god. Many are descendants of the Elf vs. Humanoid war veternas and have a deep vendetta against the Elven Navy for their past campaigns and crimes (though the Elven Navy claims that the Humanoids' history of piracy and raiding caused that.) There is A LOT to work with there!
Though, one of the Piazza members went the opposite direction by making an Elven Navy darklord who went full planet-killer on the world of Borka (No relation to domain of Borca, TSR writers just didn't talk to each other) and destroyed almost all life on that planet, because most of it was monstrous humaoids.
