Searching for high level NPCs

I'm searching for high level (or high CR) NPCs and monsters from Ravenloft canon and semi-canon(i.e. the netbooks). 2E and 3E.

For example in the Falkovia Gaz there's General Falkführer Pol Amarant an Ari1/Ftr15/Rog4 and the director of the Stangengrad Military Academy.

Do you guys recall any others? Let's say CL(CR) 15+

I assume you don't mean to include darklords? Because that would be quite a few right there...

Another example would be Bonespur a halfvistani Thief(Bountyhunter) 17 from 2E's Thoughts of Darkness.

Falkovnia has a lot of medium to high level NPCs listed in the GAZ: lots of Fighters 10+, a Rank 4 ancient dead Rogue 16 and Vladimir Ludzig a vampyre Ari3/Ftr10 (don't these stats differ from his stats from somewhere eles?)

And then there is of course our favorite Monster Hunter Ivan Dragonov, who is a Rgr17 Mountain(?) Loupgarou in the Lamordia Gaz. He was Rgr20 in 2E's Champions of the Mists though!

In ToD Bonespur is a 17th level "Bounty Hunter" with theif skills, so I guess he's a theif.

I don't think there are 3e stats for Ludzig outside of Gaz II. In 2e he's a standard vampyre.

Off the top of my head, there's Gondegal (Gaz II, Ftr10/KoS6) and Lord Balfour (Wiz18, VRA)

Ivan Dragonov is 20th level in 2ed and I think he was lowered to 15th level in 3ed (Check Gaz II). That's still pretty high.

Dragonov is a Rgr17 in a sidebar in the Lamordia Gaz. Perhaps he got severaly drained??? Many of the other Champions of the Mists went up a level. (Weathermay, Gondegal) others otoh didn't (Tara Kolyana, Alanik Ray).

Yup Bounty Hunter is a thief kit. See also my edited post above... Green Giants conversion on the WotC boards is quite good.

About the vampyre I believe I did mistake him with another one. Isn't there another Vampyre Ftr (with dark sunglasses) in one of the 3E books named Ludwig/Lupzig or something like that? I believe he's lower level and has Weapon Focus(claws).

Hah! Found that Ludzig fellow.

In Gaz2 on page 149 his stablock has him a Ftr6 vampyre but in the sidebar for Lekar on p.106 he's an Ari3/Ftr10 ! (The errata says to take the Ftr6 build.)

Gaz 3's Mordent entry also yields another high-leveller:
Sir Samuel Cosse Ftr6/Rog2/Lpl9 the leader of the Lamplighters and Sheriff Owen Finhallen (Ftr9/Lpl6, though his build needs adjustmen as he can't qualify for the Lamplighter prc with Ftr9... a few levels of urban ranger might be appropriate here) another Lamplighter and the chief of the watch in Mordent.

and a few more:
Viktor Mordenheim Exp 15 (though I would probably update him with the Scientist class from LotB)

Mousespeaker Exp12/Wiz3 (sage), a resident of Silbervas

There his too the Pave Haakon Aramsen who is the leader of the church in Hazlan. (clr of the lawgiver lvl 15)

Thanks. Now if you can also tell me where to find the normal stats of a Vampyre I could compare those two entries and decide if I like the 3E Ftr6 version or if I should make up Ari3/Ftr10 stats for him.(which probably fit better with his backstory)
