So they took some guy they had arrested for another reason, declared him guilty, murdered him so it never came to trial, declared the case closed, and sent you lot off after the smugglers.

A piece of sharp practice that had even Delthrin and the Bailiff thinking twice!

Not really. The Baron wasn't very concerned about Delthrin, because he didn't think there was any real chance that the man was guilty. There was no proof. If he had been shown to be guilty, why , Ildool would simply convict him and seize his estates!

No, Lord Ildool simply gave orders for the Headsman case to be closed before the Regent could make her visit. His true concern was keeping the city quiet, so that he looked good for the Princess.

Also, no one was murdered to take the rap for Delthrin. Delthrin was not guilty.

Delthrin had absolutely nothing to do with the framejob. That was Lord Ildool and your good buddy, Watch-Captain Rask.
Oh I'm aware of that. But they THOUGHT he was guilty, and they murdered some guy to cover it up.

And no one except Shana seemed to even notice, much less care!
No one thought he was guilty except for some of the PCs. :P

Still not get Rask's involvement. Ildool did these things but if Rask was with them why he wanted to help us? He could let us in prison.

Rask didn't want to frame you guys, and he did not do anything like that.

Rask carries out orders, but he kept his own agenda. I had planned for him to betray Breana, if she tried to take over the city or to make him her pawn.

That would have been a nasty surprise for you, Tarlyn.

No PC was ever framed for anything.

Rask genuinely liked Ino. He wasn't faking with her. He really did want to get Ino and Rardi out of jail. He was working on it as best he could.

Lord Ildool was a fun bastard to play. Basically, he was ruthless and cunning, and liked to use the law to his own ends. LE. His father had been Baron before Bledryn Scoril, but was killed by orcs after a disgraceful tenure in office. Young Ildool wanted to raise an army to exterminate or enslave the orcs. He had other plans, of course, mostly political in nature.

So in case we do have a continuance with this game, I won't be able to play Breana/Rardi as she is now a Darklord of a pocket domain. Think it is ok to mention that to everyone, ewan.

I cannot play Jarg either...... hheehheheehehhhehe

It would have to be a new pc totally!

Well, Skybolt wanted to know fairly soon. My vote is for level one, and a new campaign.

If we sort of wanted a link to Staunton Blufffs- RLO- Realms of Dread, we could all play hapless citizens of Marsember/sailors and travellers caught in the city when all the folk [but not the physical town] was sucked into the Mists! Have to run that past Skybolt, of course. He may well prefer Ravenloft natives.

I like what Ewan suggested for where people are from . But you can also be from an RL Domain also but I would like at least a few of the characters to be from Marsember or some where else in the FR's .

If I'm not online and Ewan is you can ask him what the Character making logistics are for me .

Right-o.

I've made a lvl 1 PC. He's a human wizard, and a native of Marsember.

Hi,

While it is not sure when, or, if it's a new campaign, IF I'll be abe to return, because I've been put to the lead of a fan project pretty much alike the Fraternity of Shadows (Steve and Ewan already know), I'll try to make my way to you sooner or later.

In any case, the Marsember-citizen scenario would sound incredibly cool to me, because it gives you so many opportunities to build on. I for my part would have a very distinctive idea of howw things would go on, but I am going to keep that one to me, with the exception of one word:

Falkovnia.

I might not be online that much during the next few weeks, but count me in for whatever you cook out! (At least as an interested lurker for now!)

:D

So we will actually start a new game with Lord Skybolt waiting you Raf to be on line in few weeks? And there will be no sequel?

A question, which is Breana's pocket domain and curse? And Marsmber entered in Mists, but who became DarkLord? Lord Ildool?
