I noticed some forum code, such as

• Page 355: one instance under the soul kraken's mist peering, two instances under the soul kraken's sunlight vulnerability
• Page 375: one instance in Captain Lennard's background around the name of his ship
• Page 378: one instance near the top of the page regarding Lennard's cutlass
• Page 380: two instances in the DC 30 and DC 40 sections of Captain Lennard Gaertner Lore
• Page 381: one instance near the top left around Sextant of the Mists and one instance near the bottom right around remove disease in Stage Four: The Embrace
• Page 382: one instance near the top left around Sextant of the Mists

If I'm not too late, please update the second footnote in "Secrets of Pharazia" (originally on p.195) to the following:

The Ousserd, Simurgh, Chakor, Beni Massat, and Great Marsh are drawn from “The Domain of the Endless Word” in Quoth the Raven #21. The al-Hajar mountains and the city of Benzar are drawn from that article as well.
