I have to admit at this juncture that I dont quite get whats goign on, has she tampered with the icon or something ?

If she just took enough of that weird glass that lets the Otherworld into Ravenloft into the University, she could set off a contamination that makes the Archeron look like a Sunday picnic. o_o I have no idea whether it comes from the Icon or not, and right now I don't care that much.

Quite apart from elementals rampaging around the city, the surviving FoS are going to have kittens over this ...! As if they're not paranoid enough under normal circumstances, someone's just tried to wipe them all out in one go.

Oh jeez, the University is one of the major power blocs of Dementlieu and the Core. All the knowledge it gathered, all the weapons in the Guignol Museum, all the scholars and mages in its membership ... All lost in one stroke. >_< Aaaarrghh!

I don't think its quite powerful enough to wipe out the whole university. The blow is going to be symbolic as much as anything-right now we don't have any way to fix a contaminated mirror short of breaking it, and that means breaking the icon of Ezra. (Though the refurbished model could be a clever forgery. It wouldn't need to stand under scrutiny long.)

That assumes the University/Fraternity isn't behind all of this, which seems very possible to me.

I think we'll find out soon...

Just in case Darius is (*ahem* I have been *ahem*) too laconic in that post, my idea is that we hit the road and get to where we're going (back to the Palais? the University?) and ask questions on the way/once we get there.

If y'all prefer to do it here and figure out where to go from what she says, well, that is also an excellent idea!

There isn't really a roll to gag and hood her, so just post so if you are doing that.

Once you guys have decided on a clear course of action, we'll move you along.

So, where do we go?

1) University
2) Montmort
3) Gendarme HQ
4) Marquis' place
5) The Château

As a note, #3 and #4 are both the same place, the Palais de Justice.

Montmort/Palais. Bringing a bound and possibly hooded woman around with us is going to attract a lot of attention so we need to question her and dump her off. Bringing her to the University is also problematic because she'll probably be recognized and her friends on the University Grounds will be far less inclined to be nice if we show up with her in our custody. We can always visit them on our own later.

Sounds like a plan.
