Need Help

Post by Darkknight »

3e has left some questions to be answered...

I am looking into using the House of Lament... is there any information out there for me to look into. I have Darklords... Don't know what I am really looking for in this one.

I am also looking for info on Bloody Jack. Is he Sodo, a different entity all together?

3e hasn't gotten that far yet. I have seen the hints of Bloody Jack but I have no idea what it could be yet. Any ideas would be greatly appeciated.
I remember the first war, the way the sky burned... Faces of angels destroyed.

Isn't bloody jack Paridon's answer to Jack the Ripper? And I think the current murderers are meant to be doppelgangers.

The House of Lament I believe is in Borca... can't really help you with that though...

You might want to have a look at Shadow of the Knife from the Kargatane, and the 2E adventure Hour of the Knife.

There is no information on the House of Lament in 3e--at least, nothing lengthy. It might be mentioned in passing somewhere.

For more information on Bloody Jack and Paridon, you can download "Shadow of the Knife" from the Kargatane website ( www.kargatane.com --also see our Links section). It's a 63 page adventure set in Paridon and deals with Bloody Jack's rampage through Paridon in 756--thirteen years after "Hour of the Knife".

Bloody Jack is Sodo. Sodo pretends to be Bloody Jack when he goes on his regular killing sprees. Or rather Bloody Jack is what the populace refers to him as. So Bloody Jack is Sodo.
Most of the time...

For more on possible House of Lament stuff check out the Phasmagoria rules in the RL: DMG. Other than that the only place it popped up was Darklords IIRC.
