[[Mirgau]] was a [[priest]] who belonged to the order within the [[Church of Zhakata]] known as the [[Hands of Zhakata]].  When [[Yagno Petrovna]] declared the worship of [[Zhakata the Provider]] to be [[heresy]], Mirgau refused to cease worshipping the Provider.  He led a band of fellow worshippers into the [[The Outlands (G'Henna)|Outlands]], and they took up residence atop a [[Mirgau's Mesa|mesa]].

[[The Swords of Zhakata]] were sent to kill the heretics.  They failed in their initial attempt to storm the mesa, but their subsequent siege was successful.
