The Hospital for the Alienated is an unplaced location discussed in the Asylum netbook article in the Undead Sea Scrolls 2001 netbook (Pages 28-59)
Founded by Conde de Teixeira. This asylum is massive and foreboding, with many a tale and rumor told about what goes on its greatly feared interior. A massive granite wall separates the asylum from the exterior forest and prevents people from looking inside.[1]
