Guy Larouche is a member of the Larouche Family of Souragne. Guy gained a new bride through odd means. At the Le Coq Noir gambling house, Gerard Van Schelm accrued a large debt through gambling. As a result, he had to give consent that his granddaughter, Iolanthe Van Schelm, would become married to Guy Larouche.^[1]
