Also called the First Century, the formation of the Demiplane of Dread was an epoch (350 BC- 449 BC) where the Land of Mists was really getting its start with the creation of Barovia as the only land held in the Mists. There was even no evidence of the Vistani having arrived in Barovia yet (although people resembling them were present.)[1]
