Otto Belview is an NPC from the 5th Edition module Curse of Strahd. He is one of the Belview Family. As such, he is an insane mongrelfolk that lives in the Abbey of Saint Markovia with the other mongrelfolk. He works with Zygfrek Belview both as guard of the monastery and as grave robber finding supplies for the various golem crafting practiced by the Abbot.[1]
