Charlie Windsor was the proprietor of a second-hand clothing shop in Paridon named Second Chance until he was strangled by his own scarf. The scarf was actually a malicious undead raiment. A small, elderly woman witnessed the attack, but the police did not believe her. Ruling her out as a murderer, the investigators instead went with a suicide verdict. One of the investigators was allowed to do with the fashionable scarf as he pleased. The origins and fate of the scarf have not been specified. Nor is it known if any more raiments are in the shop.[1]
