Necromancy/Transmutation[1] Sorcerer/Wizard Spell List Level 9[1] A powerful spell created by the darkling Allisandro Tselikov. It works as something of an improved permanency spell, but only for the purposes of cursing someone. A number of different spells can be cast with this one to give them unlimited range (as long as within the same domain or plane).
