Muhar Oasis is the only known place that can supply fresh water in Har'Akir. Its water is untainted and nourishing, but the locals strictly ration it.[1] The water can even replace the need to eat.[2] Newcomers are welcome to avail themselves to it, but even filling a wineskin with its water is considered a grave act of theft, producing a hostile attack from the townspeople of Muhar.[3]
