The Sisters Meleyan is a trio of sisters that operate the occult shop We Sisters Three. If the We Shifters Three dread possibility is in effect, the three sisters are not sisters at all, but instead a trio of shapeshifting monsters and serial killers that prey on single monster hunters and adventurers and then sell their magic items at the shop.[1]
