Heresa Heri, the Vulture King, is one of the disciples of the Vulture God in Tsuu-Y-Teke. Having been gifted by the Vulture God with the ability to create permanent light from gemstones, Heresa Heri used this ability only to decorate his headdress instead of sharing it with everybody else.
